Breast MRI
Pacific Breast Care is excited to announce the opening of its dedicating breast MRI. Our magnet is a Siemens Espree 1.5 Tesela Magnet with the latest software and the only Vangard 16 channel breast coil in clinical practice. At our center we use MRI in the evaluation of all new cancer diagnosis, all patients with atypia and strong family history of breast cancer. MRI is an important diagnostic and screening tool in breast imaging. We are also able to perform intervention with the magnet with MRI guided core need biopsies and localizations. Besides having the best equipment at Pacific Breast Care, Dr. Frye is a fellowship trained breast imager with more than 8 years experience in breast imaging.
